Training: Training is teaching, or developing in one self or others, any skills and knowledge that relate to specific useful competencies. Training   has specific goals of improving one’s capability, capacity, productivity and performance. People within many professions and occupations may refer to this sort of training as professional development.

Placement Summary: The Institution is being conducted campus drive, job fair or apprenticeship engagement at a regular interval basis. More than 80 % pass-out students are being placed at reputed industries all over India.

Higher Studies: Approximately 10 % students of each dept. goes to take admission in Polytechnic (Diploma) engineering in lateral entry scheme or First Year of three years full-time diploma engineering inside and outside of West Bengal.

Govt. Sectors for ITI graduates: After completing ITI, students are also engaged in government sectors as a technical assistant like Rail, Shipyeard, SAIL, ECL, DVC etc. after qualifying the entrance test. We also provide special class for govt. jobs preparation in our class routine.

Self Employment or Entrepreneurship: After completion of ITI course, a student can also open his/her own small industry or shop like tailoring, electronics, electrical house-applications by taking the technical knowledge.
